Pony Express to Arrive in Seguin


The Seguin Post Office will be at the Heritage Museum from noon to 2:00pm on Saturday, December 4th.
The public is invited to bring their Christmas Cards and letters for special hand cancelled post marks.
This has been a long tradition of our local Post Office and there is no charge to the public.

The Guadalupe County Mounted Sheriff's Posse will deliver the Christmas Proclamation at the Heritage Museum at 1pm on Saturday, December 4th. Mayor Betty Ann Matthies will receive the Proclamation and read it to the public. The public is invited to enjoy this traditional ceremony.

November Museum Hours of Operation


An update for Seguin Heritage Museum November Hours: In addition to our regular M-F 11 a.m.-4 p.m. schedule, please note on Sat. Nov. 13 and Sat. Nov. 20 the museum will be open from 11 a.m-4 p.m. The Monday following each of those weekends, the museum will be closed. Mon. Nov. 15 and Nov. 22.
Don't forget, the Marika Bordes' sculpture exhibit will be at the museum until Jan. 5, 2011, make plans to view it now! Admission Free, donations graciously accepted.

Museum To Be Closed Nov. 11



The Seguin Heritage Museum will be closed Thursday, Nov. 11 in honor of Veterans' Day.
Normal hours will resume Fri. Nov. 12 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
